That’s why they look for responsible tenants, who will take care of their house, will be good neighbors and will pay their rent in a timely manner.
We do very extensive background checks to be sure you are the prospect our clients are looking for.

Our Qualifications
- You must be employed for the last 12 months. (No more than 2 different employers).
- You shall not have any eviction or landlord judgement during the last 3 years.
(We will only consider you if there were reasons other than non payment of rent.) - Your job monthly verified income must be at least 3 times the rent and a minimum of $2400.
- You aren’t a smoker.
- Cats are accepted in some properties only. Please ask us.
- Small or Medium “non-aggressive breed” dogs are usually accepted with an amount added to the monthly rent and security deposit.
How to rent a property from us
- Take a look at the properties we have available for rent.
- Complete our FREE online pre-application to obtain more info about the property.
- Drive by the property or complete our formal application and send copy of your ID and proof of income.
- We check if you have enough and steady monthly income and also employment and rental history.
- Visit the property and confirm you want to rent it.
- We do your background check and get owners approval.
- You pay the move in cost, sign the lease and get the keys.
